DESIGN NARRATIVE

The architects drew significant inspiration from the Jean-Marie Tjibaou Cultural Center in New Caledonia by Renzo Piano. This influence extended to the landscape design, where modern contemporary forms and details were seamlessly integrated. The planting strategy was tailored to the relatively dry climate of Mui Ke Ga Bay, featuring a diverse array of cacti and succulents. To enhance the comfort of enjoying the sea view, coco palms were strategically planted to provide natural shade.
