DESIGN NARRATIVE

This eco-friendly design celebrates and preserves the iconic pine forest, with sustainability and adaptation at the heart of land-use planning and landscape design. A comprehensive program was implemented to rehabilitate both the forest and soil, ensuring the conservation of 95% of the pine forest cover. Rather than altering the landscape, the architecture and infrastructure of the resort were thoughtfully adapted to harmonize with the natural surroundings. Key viewpoints were accentuated with scenic platforms, linked by trails, offering visitors immersive nature experiences.
