• Area: 3000 m²

The building was designed by Vo Trong Nghia and takes its cues from the river. The landscape follows suit. The existing embankment vegetation was kept and integrated into the public park along the river. The forms of the paving and sidewalks curve and wind like the river. Then, the associated rooftop garden was matched to the riverside park through the use of similar forms, plants, and materials -creating a coherent design narrative.
